Embrace Masculinity

I used to be 175 cm tall and 45 kg, a body type that made me feel weak and too feminine—qualities I didn't think a man should have. But I'm over 65kg now because of my constant dedication to the martial arts and the gym.

My strength and resilience have increased as a result of this journey, which has enabled me to embrace a more muscular body.

My transformation involves more than simply changing how I look; it also involves developing the ability to defend my family no matter what.

My training has demanded discipline and dedication, which has deeply empowered me and given me the ability to protect the people I care about with unflinching determination.

The difference between my weakness in the past and my strength now emphasizes how important self-improvement and perseverance are.
