Bad Experience in Changing Bus Ticket

I recently had a frustrating experience trying to change a ticket date with Virak Buntham. The process was chaotic and unhelpful from start to finish. Despite repeatedly calling, I was constantly pushed from one person to another with no clear guidance or resolution. Each representative seemed to deflect responsibility, leaving me stuck in a loop of empty promises and wasted time. In the end, my ticket remained unchanged, and I was forced to forfeit the money I had paid. The lack of accountability and customer service was deeply disappointing, and love the company, but hoping for the improvement in service in the futrue.
